When a mobile appointment makes sense
Not every signing fits into an errand run. You may be balancing work, caring for family, coordinating several signers, or working around limited transportation. Start by describing your situation and the location you have in mind.
A home or office can be a convenient meeting place when there is a suitable signing space and the required signers can attend. If you prefer another location, discuss it with Joanna in advance.
Arrange the visit before you travel
Give your neighborhood or ZIP code, preferred time, document title, and number of signers. Tell Joanna about parking, building entry, or any facility permission needed. Denver and surrounding communities are served by arrangement.
An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Wait for a reply with the agreed time, place, preparation instructions, and fees.
Paper, electronic, or online?
A mobile visit may involve a paper document or an eligible electronic record. Let Joanna know which you have. If you mean a video appointment, ask specifically about remote online notarization rather than assuming an electronic document can be notarized over a regular video call.
